Determining your Needs and Lifestyle Requirements: Susan will meet with you to review your needs and provide you with the answers on how she provides her professional service for you.
Property Selections and Features: SUSAN and only SUSAN will show you properties that meet your requirements. You will not be asked to work with a part time agent .... ever. SUSAN will be with you every step of the way. That is why she is not building a TEAM of assistants. Most clients of SUSAN's tell her that they have been put in that position before and never felt taken care of. When you want SUSAN, you will get only SUSAN. Negotiating the Offer: SUSAN will prepare a negotiating strategy for purchasing the property you want. Once you have chosen the property, Susan explain and prepare the written offer on your behalf. She will discuss with you all disclosure statements.
Concierge Service: As part of Susan's concierge services, she will (1) arrange a pre-qualification meeting for you with a mortgage lender; (2) arrange for professional building and termite inspections for your property; (3) attend all building and termite inspections; (4) review the results of all inspection reports with you; (5) conduct a final walk-through of the property prior to closing; (6) attend your closing with you; 7) contact you after the closing to follow-up on any remaining details and services you may need.
