Negotiating the Offer: We will assist you in preparing a negotiating strategy for purchasing your property. Once you have chosen the property, we will explain and prepare a written offer on your behalf. We will discuss with you all disclosure statements.
Concierge Service: As part of our concierge services, we will (1) arrange a pre-qualification meeting with a mortgage lender; (2) arrange for professional building and termite inspections for your property; (3) at your request, attend all building and termite inspections; (4) review the results of all inspection reports with you; (5) accompany you on a walk-through of the property prior to closing; (6) attend the closing and assist you in resolving any issues that may arise; and (7) contact you after the closing to follow-up on any remaining details and services you may need.
