When we moved to Stafford we were issued an old phone number of a Realtor (Susan Reid) who had just recently moved locally and was unable to keep her number. For years we received phone calls from her past clients of who were relocating back to the area and wished to use her services again. Knowing she was still local, we quickly referred them to her. In a market where there were 180+ houses in our price range and zip code for sale, we thought we might be fighting a slight up-hill battle.
